1. All cards are guaranteed to be in the condition specified.
If you feel that a card in your order has been graded incorrectly and would like a refund or exchange please e-mail within 5 days of receiving your order. Cards are graded very conservatively so it is unlikely that you will have a problem.

2. Payment is accepted in the following ways. All payment must be in US funds.
(A) Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You may also call in your credit card information at (208)938-4309 between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, Mountain Time.
(B) Money order or Personal Check: Please make payment out to- Alpha Beta Unlimited, Inc. Checks may be held for 10 days for funds to clear the bank.
(C) PayPal: When you choose to pay via PayPal a payment button will be generated. Otherwise PayPal payments can be made to-

(D) Cash: Although cash is also accepted, it is not recommended as ABU cannot be responsible for cash sent through the mail.
3. Shipping policy and Shipping Rates.
The ABU cart calculates a selection of shipping options and costs based on your location and the contents of your cart. ABU does not accept self addressed stamped envelopes(SASE). Although it is very rare, some orders do get lost or damaged during transit. If you have chosen shipping through Fed-Ex and your order is lost or damaged, ABU will either send out a replacement order or give a refund. ABU cannot give a replacement or refund on lost or damaged shipments sent through USPS Mail. Orders shipped via Fed-Ex may require a signature when delivered.
4. All prices and quantities are as accurate as possible.
The ABU shopping cart is a live system that updates quantities when an ordered is placed. Almost always when you are able to order an item it is available and when you check out it is removed from the system so others cannot order it. In the unlikely event that there is an error with the price or quantity ABU reserves the right to remove an item from your order. If a very small portion of your order is not available, ABU will adjust your charge or make a refund for the missing items and ship the rest. If there is any more than a very small portion of your order unavailable, an ABU representative will contact you before shipping your order.

Due to regular price changes in collectibles such as Magic The Gathering, ABU generally does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than condition.
